Yes! Our Build On Your Lot program is designed for clients who already have their own lot or are looking for the perfect piece of land. We'll guide you through every step of the process.

No, we are a fixed-price builder. We establish a firm contract price before construction begins so there are no surprises. Our unique process allows us to produce very accurate pricing early on.

From initial meeting to move-in is typically 12-14 months. The design and pre-construction phase takes about 4 months, followed by 8-10 months of construction.

We work with a select group of architects who understand our process and building standards. However, we're happy to discuss incorporating your architect into our team if you have an existing relationship.

We can review your existing plans and provide pricing based on them. We may suggest modifications to optimize the design for our building process and ensure the best possible outcome.

Pricing varies based on the level of customization, finishes, and complexity of the design. We'd be happy to discuss pricing ranges during an initial consultation.

While we primarily build custom homes designed specifically for each client, we do have some floor plan concepts that can serve as starting points for your custom design.
